In this article, we will explain how to change user display name in Microsoft 365. If you did not enter your full name when initially setting up your email account, the display could display only part of your name.
If you would like to change a user’s display name or email address, you can do so using Microsoft 365 admin center by going to Users > Active users > Account tab. There, you can select a user and change their display name and email address. What if you want to do it for more than one person at the same time? The Microsoft 365 admin area can’t help you with this. To make changes in bulk, you require an efficient administration solution for Microsoft 365, such as M365 Manager Plus.
